Here are the answers to commonly asked questions about our hosting platform.
How Can I Upload Content?
First you will need to get a program that works with us. We support FTP, SFTP, and SCP connection types. If you don't allready have a program, we recommend the following.

SFTP & SCP: WinSCP :: Free SFTP and FTP client for Windows
To log in, put the following info into your program.
Host or Address: www.yourdomain.com Username: yourusername Pass: yourpassword
where do I put my content once logged in?
Once logged in, you will will see some directories. Open the www directory. This directory contains all of the sites you control. For example if you control foo.com and bar.com, you will see 2 directories: foo & bar. If you are updating the bar.com site, you would want to put all of the content in the bar directory.
Is there an admin panel I can use?
Yes: www.yourdomain.com/admin/
How can I see website traffic and logs?
You do that through the admin panel. Just click on the "Web Stats & Logs" link once logged into the panel.
How can I password protect a directory?
You can do that through the admin panel. First you will want to setup the users and groups that will have access. Next you can use the "Directory Settings" link in the panel. Just select the directory you want to protect, then under security settings select the users and/or groups you want to have access.
How can I change my login password?
That is done through the admin panel. Click on "Users & Groups" in the panel, then click on the user that you want to change the password for.

how can I create a form to send me email from my website?
You can use any Perl or PHP form processor you like. Alternately we have a buil in Form Processor that you can use: MaiIt!
